A Wastewater Fairy Tale

A Wastewater Fairy Tale

A Wastewater Fairy Tale

Once upon a time, there was a condo complex out in the valley, east of Phoenix, Arizona.

A beautiful place.

The builders spent a fortune on it. Did everything right.

Except.

When they installed the complex’s wastewater system, the contractor didn’t grade the pipes correctly.

This means that a system that should have, by rights, been self-scouring was now prone to blockage.

Blockage in a wastewater system is bad.

I mean, bad.

The only options were to dig up the pipes and redo the whole system.

Or call a wastewater specialist like me to come out and inspect the pipes once a quarter.

And deal with whatever problems that come up.

If they’d only called me in the first place, this would never have occurred.

See what happens when you try to cut corners?

My name is Dave Bartholomew.

Bartholomew Water Services company helps people plan, build, operate, inspect, and maintain their sewer systems.

If you’re a real estate developer in Arizona, you can avoid a bunch of headaches and a ton of unforeseen expenses by calling us.

Right from the get-go, we’ll make sure the job is done right.

From there, it’s like water flowing downhill.

Literally.
